    Product Description

    ProblemSolver!  QUICK-CHUCK TRUCK ADAPTER SET for Wheel Balancers with a 40mm shaft. 

    The FASTEST and EASIEST way to ACCURATELY MOUNT and BALANCE light and medium truck wheels. Eliminates the use of a cone where the weight and offset of the wheel can cause mounting error. MOUNTING ERROR = BALANCE ERROR! This 3-jaw chuck system accurately CENTERS and CLAMPS wheels in a position "true to the adapter", then the entire assembly accurately mounts on the balancer shaft. Helps eliminate improper balancing and misdiagnoses of tire - wheel runout. Also eliminates the need for a "spacer ring" to compensate for the offset of dual wheeled vehicle wheels.
     
    Includes the CHUCK ADAPTER, STANDARD JAWS, CLAMPING CUP, CUP PROTECTOR RING, and RATCHET KEY. Standard jaws have a clamping range of 3.13" - 7.13". 
    The optional LARGE JAW SET can clamp up to 9.12"

      Ram 3500 Wheel Balance with Quick-Chuck

      First, Want to thank Ron for suggesting the Quick-Chuck. Utilized the Quick-Chuck to balance the wheels on a Ram 3500 Dually. Worked great , only suggestion is to use a metal clamping cup with protector ring to hold the wheel from spinning due to the combined weight of the chuck and wheel. The supplied plastic cup started to collapse when tightening the clamping nut. I balanced the chuck prior to use and it was within 0.5 oz inner. Used adhesive weight to get 0.0.

      Much more accurate and consistent than using cones only probably I've ran into so far is on some wheels that have a wide center my balancer shaft is to short to get the nut on with the quick chuck

      I was searching all over the internet for one of these. I found one on a website for $1048 and one on another website for $850. I thought that is what I would end up needing to pay until I found one on your website for only $460. I was so happy that I would be able to save so much money! The shipping was fast and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
