General Features & Quality
- Proudly Made in the U.S.A. (with global content) at a USA OEM Factory.
- Backed by a 2-Year Warranty.
- Fully ETL/C Certified, including safety certifications for Canada.
Performance & Technical Specifications
- Powered by an enhanced 2.0 HP, 208-230V, 60 Hz, single-phase motor operating at 3450 RPM for exceptional speed and efficiency.
- Features a 2.7CC/R gear pump that delivers a fast flow rate of 2.5 Gallons Per Minute (GPM), matching the lift speeds of most OEM units.
- Pump outlet (SAE 6 type, 9/16"-18 straight thread, 3/8" pipe O-Ring boss) can be on either side of unit. Older lifts with pipe thread connector require adapter; see below*.
- 3/8" pipe thread port for lifts that have a "cylinder vent" return to tank - one on each side of the unit.
- Factory-preset 2755 PSI pressure relief valve. Other pressures available.
- Equipped with a 149-micron pick-up filter and a manually operated lowering valve featuring a ball knob release lever for ease of operation.
Durability & Tank Design
- Constructed with a durable 3.5-gallon black and white tank that features thicker walls and molded ribs to withstand tough indoor and outdoor environments.
- Allows for easy fluid monitoring via a white translucent section, alongside a dip stick and breather cap for secondary level verification.
- Designed with a return tube that extends to the bottom of the tank, which significantly reduces noise and fluid aeration.
- Includes a secure and robust suction tube assembly to prevent the fluid pump cavitation and connection failures common in alternative brands.
Compatibility & Installation
- Includes a universal mounting bracket for streamlined installation.
- Highly compatible with virtually every 2-post lift up to 11,000 lbs (as well as many 12k models), 4-post lifts up to 12,000 lbs, and in-ground "cartridge" lifts.
- Serves as a direct replacement for multiple power unit brands, including Fenner, SPX, Stone, MTE, Barnes, Global Hydraulics, Monarch, Haldex, and Duro.
*If you are replacing a Power Unit that had a pipe thread port (no o-ring) you need an adapter. The most common size (3/8" pipe) is here.
Installation note: if lift is equipped with an ELECTRONIC overhead limit switch, wire that switch in SERIES with the motor start switch.
