Air REGULATOR for Tire Inflation circuits. Allows tire inflation air pressure to be preset to a maximum pressure (0-60 psi) to help prevent dangerous over-inflation of tires.
WARNING: This unit only maintains a MAXIMUM inflation pressure. The operator MUST know the correct inflation pressure for each individual tire and be certain not to inflate any tire over that pressure. The best way to monitor inflation pressure while inflating a tire is by stopping the inflation every few seconds to check the tire pressure. If your inflation equipment has an integrated pressure gauge, stop inflation every few seconds so the gauge displays the tire pressure. Remember: during inflation, the integrated pressure gauge will display the pressure of the inflation hose, not the tire pressure.
