REPAIR KIT for the Clamping Brake on some Hunter brand Tire Changers. Fits some models with the 4-arm clamps like the TC-3250 and TC-3500. If the clamps rotate when they are supposed to expand or contract, the Clamping Brake may not be operating correctly.
