Foot controlled AIR VALVE assembly for wheel clamping on some Hofmann and AllTool brand Tire Changers.
Plunger rod has two narrow sections (different than valves that have one narrow section). To check your valve, pull the plunger rod out and look at it.
Note: Some older machines would need the roll-pin removed to install the original linkage
